We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, data loss due to external factors, or third-party system failures.

We strive to maintain continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance or unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if terms are violated or misuse is detected.
